At Durable Fitness we understand it can be hard to find the time to train. That's why we have extensive timetable so you're able to get in at times that suit you best, whether that's early morning or late evening.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TIMETABLE

Our Strength & Conditioning timetable are planned and coached by our expert coaches so you're confident the workouts you're completing are going to help you progress.

There are 4 different sessions each week, giving you lots of variety. It doesn't matter if you're able to make all 4 sessions, they are planned with lots of cross over so you're always able to progress.

BOOT CAMP TIMETABLE

We appreciate it can be difficult to always make a set start time for sessions, so in addition to our Strength & Conditioning sessions we also offer an Un-coached Boot Camp.

Our Un-coached Boot Camp allows you to drop in at any time and work through the 15 workout stations which have been planned by our coaches. This means you're still able to get the most out of your training even when you're training independently of our coaches.

There are 3 different sessions available each week and our coaches provide videos showing you how to complete each exercise correctly.
