WHEN CAN I START?
You can book your first session by clicking one of the "Book Your First Session" buttons above where our online booking system will show you our availability. There are limited times available for your first session to make sure there's a coach available to help, but you have full access to our timetable from your second session onwards.

HOW MUCH IS IT TO BE A MEMBER?
The first 14 days are completely free, with no obligation and no payment details taken. If you'd wish to continue working towards your goals it's £45 a month after but there are no contracts. This may be more than the budget commercial gyms, but you will receive hands on coaching from coaches who want to help you achieve your goals.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. We have worked with people as young as 18 and people into their 70s. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the challenge.

+ BECOMING A MEMBER
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE TRIAL?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
